GENERAL FOR ALL CLASSES

** Policies are meant to keep everyone safe and happy in class. So please take the time to read all of them and understand them. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.**

Kindle praying that Moe will release her off the contact - photo by Catrin EkbageAll dogs must be in good health, physically sound and protected from disease. If your dog is acting sick, please don't come to class that day but send us an email to let us know. We do worry about you when you do not show up to class!

Payment is expected on or before the first class day. Payment can be in the form of check or cash. At this time we do not accept credit cards. Checks should be made out to Moe Strenfel.

Please keep all your contact information up to date with us. We communicate a great deal by email and need current information to reach you.

We ask all owners to be aware of their dog's behavior at all times. All handlers are asked to not allow their dog free access to sniff another person's dog at any time.

Photo by Trish HelmerAny dog which, in the opinion of the instructor, is uncontrollable, unpredictable, or aggressive may be removed from a general enrollment class and referred for private instruction or specialty behavior classes.

Dogs should NOT be allowed to play with each other on leash as this encourages the dog to “tune” you out. Agility class should mean “play with mommy or daddy” NOT “play with other dogs”. If you are wondering why we are so strict about this policy, please read Susan Clothiers article "He just wants to say hi"

Female dogs in heat may attend class but should wear protective britches at all times except when in the toileting area of the facility.

All owners must clean up after their dogs when on the premises of the training facilities. Please do NOT let your dog toilet on any of the fields, bushes, trash cans, etc. The only place your dog may eliminate is in the designated toilet area. Repeated violations may be reason for dismissal from classes.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class is to begin. This gives you time to toilet your dog and ready to start class on time.

Inclement weather may cancel class (rain, high winds, snow or extreme heat). If classes must be canceled due to weather, you will still receive the number of lessons you paid for, but just stretched out over another week or two.

Please make sure you gather up ALL your belongings after class. The facility cannot guarantee the safe return of any equipment or clothing left on the property.

Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a non-participating adult at all times while on the premises.

Handlers aged 10-15 years who are participating in class must have a parent or responsible adult in attendance during the entire class.
